Hi I am the village idiot, aka Karen and I am working on my first book. I have run into a snag. I own a small fortune of writing software and have come to realize that the structure of the software isn't giving me enough freedom.
I found a program, My Novel 3.0, didn't read that it was a demo and I couldn't save, print, export, etc. So a full days work is lost. I should have read. I haven't checked closely but wizards for words looks interesting.
I am also open to suggestions of any writing program that gives you the tools commonly used without strict guidance.
I am not sure if the possibility of trading software is allowed. I own Dramatica, New Novelist, Storyweaving, Storycraft, etc. They have all cost me a fortune. I also own Quicken 2009, and Quicken willmaker 2009 and 2010, I can't begin to list it all but I am hoping for some help here.
If someone out there would like to trade or share, please let me know, I dont' wish to break any laws, its just that establishing an entire foundation just to have it reset is frustrating.
Thank you
