I am writing my first book, as well as illustrating some books. I have come across some really nice techniques for creative thinking (if you are interested in this I will be happy to share the knoweldge) and I am hoping to learn from other writers as well.

Hey guys! I'm Dani. I've been writing every since I was little. I've written tons of fanfiction, many essays (mostly political), and a few poems. I currently have an idea for a novel that I wish to pursue. Hopefully I'll get some help for that here.

Ello ello! My name.. well, many people call me many different things, but on here, my name is Zelenaria, Ziln for short.
I'm an energetic little teen who's overly fond of fantasy novels, and am a HUGE procrastinator. Naturally, I manage to get myself into, and out of, plenty of trouble, which you know can only lead to loads of ideas swirling around my mind.
What else to do with those ideas but write?
When most of your friends aren't creatively inclined, though, it can lead to some MAJOR writing blocks, which is why I joined up. A few people already registered on this site know who I am, but they don't know I'm on here, so we'll see how long it takes them to figure it out!
But, I digress. My point was to say hello, and that I hope I can help others with their writer's blocks as much as I'm hoping this site will be able to help me with mine!

You mean helping you brainstorm? We have a "Writer's Block" board on the mainpage, you could post there asking for help and see what sort of responses you get.
If you want feedback on what you have, post it in the section that most relates to it, and responses will be posted.

I am new here, and I want to experience Creative Writing. I am doing a story of a 7-foot-1 man named Philip Fitzpatrick, and his life story. I have had lots of feedback from friends, now I want to talk to people about my creative writing stories that are based on sports. It is with great resentment in my heart that I tell you, readers and writers alike, that our good friend Drama Queen, (the starter of this site) is resigning from her position as Admin, likely never to return.
She apologizes that she cannot say goodbye herself, but has important issues to take care of.
She will be dearly missed.
Let's make sure this site does not die, in her honour. Recruit as many people as you can, and when they join send me a message with their user name. Whoever has the most recruits within the next period of time will recieve moderator status. I'll need some help running the site.
Thank you, DQ, for the site that you have given us. It is awe inspiring, and it is a great place for writers to come to. We all thank you.
